The congregation of Warden Hill URC merged with St Andrew’s URC in 2023 and regular worship now only takes place at St Andrew’s. There are still occasional services, including funerals and at Easter, at Warden Hill. Warden Hill also hosts a monthly worship event (‘Messy Vintage’)
St Andrew’s URC
11.00am – Morning Service held every week
This lasts for about an hour. Communion is usually celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. The theme of the service is always made clear at the beginning and will often be based on one or other of the lectionary readings for the week. The quality of teaching is important as is the role of music.
Whilst this service is recognisably traditional in format, great care is taken to ensure that it is accessible to visitors and that all feel welcomed and valued.
The Morning service from St Andrew’s is live-streamed at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0qso0uzwPJq-Onhf6fN2TA. You can also see previous services there too.

The Church is still used for special services, such as Funerals and Weddings.
Messy Vintage takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 2.30pm – 4.30 pm. This is a mixture of worship, craft and socializing for the more mature citizen.
